Since 1989, DLC Resources, Inc., has provided superior landscape management services to communities across greater Phoenix. As an Arizona-based company, we are well-versed in the challenges of keeping plants, trees and turf not only healthy, but flourishing in our desert environment while still being respectful of the important water management concerns of our city and state.

We use these meetings to review timelines, budgets and prioritize goals for the Community. This provides the foundation for managing the Community and helps define clear expectations with a road map for the future.

DLC spends up to 25% more time working on site at our Communities than our competitors. How? We provide high quality, reliable tools and equipment to our crews to limit unproductive down time. We also train and equip our team with state-of-the-art technologies to efficiently and effectively manage our Communities. Technologies — such as our proprietary landscape asset mapping program — allow our team to identify and monitor trouble spots and proactively address new issues effectively the first time. These extra efforts continually result in better-looking common areas and more peace of mind for homeowners.

An ESOP Company

In 2009, DLC began transitioning ownership of the company to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).  As employee stock owners, our crews take additional pride in caring for your Community.  When we say ‘We truly care,’ we mean it!
