As a landscape management provider, DLC Resources, Inc.´s primary goal is to protect and enhance the assets of the Community Association. Routine maintenance can only become routine if there is a well designed, detailed plan in place. We customize a plan for each community and communicate it proactively so community management knows what is happening and what is scheduled to happen to the common area landscape.
Regular communication is essential to maintaining a successful working relationship between the landscape management provider and Community Association. Most companies define success by the "bottom line". We measure our success by how well we communicate and provide sustainable value to our clients, employees and vendors.
Successful landscape management also requires supervision and support. DLC Superintendents oversee no more than three properties each. This way, they are able to dedicate significant time and effort ensuring the unique needs of each community are met. Superintendents and Regional Managers meet to design the crews´ weekly schedule guaranteeing a detailed plan is in place for each community.
