DLC Resources, Inc. understands the complex needs of large residential communities. High-quality routine maintenance of common areas is critical to protecting property values and enhancing the lifestyle of the community. However, we believe routine maintenance is only half the job. The other half requires experienced property personnel collecting data, quantifying assets, measuring progress and tracking results to optimize their service. Unlike any other landscape management provider, we integrate routine maintenance with a comprehensive set of innovative services to inform residents, manage cost, reduce risk and conserve water.
Routine Maintenance
As a landscape management provider, DLC Resources, Inc.’s primary goal is to protect and enhance the assets of the Community Association. Routine maintenance can only become routine if there is a well designed, detailed plan in place. We customize a plan for each community and communicate it proactively so community management knows what is happening and what is scheduled to happen to the common area landscape.
Quality Control
In order for a community’s common areas to enhance the look of the community and the residents’ lifestyle, the landscape maintenance must be guided by a detailed plan that incorporates a number of quality control measures.
Asset Management
Managing hundreds of assets at a large master planned community is challenging. We like to say "What gets measured gets managed". Asset mapping is a powerful measuring tool that informs the Association of exactly what is in the community.
Water Management
Over-watering by landscape companies is common in desert landscapes. Since landscape management providers are not financially responsible for the water bills, they often pay insufficient attention to irrigation water use. DLC Resources, Inc. takes responsibility for managing water and tracks the irrigation water use for our communities.
Comprehensive Arbor Management
Trees within the community make up one of the community’s most valuable assets. Yet, trees can be particularly difficult to manage because they are often unquantified.
Additional Services
As a premier landscape management company in the Southwest region, our goal is to protect and enhance the assets of each community association that we partner with. Going beyond routine maintenance, we offer additional services to fix, improve and provide cost-effective solutions for you.
