The list for additional services is endless. That´s why DLC strives to identify areas of improvement and create a customized solution to meet the needs of your community. We do our best to keep additional services in house. With multiple extras crews and extensive experience totaling more than 90 combined years, our crews know how to get the job done efficiently and with the best results for you.
The DLC Guarantee
We stand behind our work and are confident that it will stand the test of time. We will offer a 1-2 year warranty on our workmanship for most projects and follow-up during the warranty period to make sure that we’ve kept our promise.

Creating A Signature Look
Many communities recognize their look needs to be refreshed to continue to attract residents long after attention and change was needed. We make recommendations for monument
and median enhancements, trail improvements, turf conversion and more.
Granite Replacement
One of the most common extra services performed by landscape management companies is granite replacement. DLC takes a unique approach to granite replacement and is committed to providing you with quality work that will stand the test of time against weathering and erosion.
Culverts
Past experience has shown that culverts that aren´t maintained can be a serious liabilities for our community associations. Using our GIS technology, DLC is able to proactively map, plot and record levels of silt for all culverts within your community.
After DLC´s GIS/Mapping Technician inspects and records data for each culvert, they are categorized by capacity based on their silt levels. A report is generated to identify high risk culverts that require cleaning.
Not only will annual culvert inspections reduce immediate liability risks, it will also allow DLC to build historical data and we can then begin to predict trends. Our GIS technology has proven to be a successful risk management tool.
Metal Fabrication
In addition to our extras crews, we have full-time shop employees who specialize in metal fabrication. While metal solutions can be purchased from an outside vendor, DLC is able to create customized solutions for your community at a comparable price.
Other metal fabrication examples include: Saguaro stakes that belnd into their environment, metal signs, fences, gates, trash cans, backflow cages, security casings and more.
Hardscape
Hardscape improvements are most commonly known as rip rap or granite replacements due to erosion and are the most frequently requested additional service. The impact of erosion can be detrimental to your community, not only visually, but also as a liability to the association. DLC Resources puts the safety of your community as a top priority and strives to minimize potential risks through proactive identification of hardscape improvements.
DLC replaces rip rap and granite areas with new deposits. In some cases, we also use a soil stabilizer or grout (concrete) to increase stability.
Masonry Experts
From building block walls to applying a stucco finish and everything in between.
Other exanples of our masonry capabilities include construction of block walls, stucco finishes, veneer stone application, wall painting and touch ups, curbing, sidewalk installion and repairs (cracks and lips), flagstone and more.
