Description
The irrigation tech will perform repairs, make adjustments and troubleshoot irrigation systems on large commercial properties. The tech will have access to the latest in remote control devices, wire fault locators and other tools of the trade. Completing report forms and taking digital photos on a daily basis is required. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person who has an adequate level of experience, knowledge and can focus on delivering exceptional service.
Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Candidates must have 2 years plus experience in irrigation repair
- Experience with programming several varieties of controllers (experience with central control systems is a plus)
- Must be safety oriented at all times
- Good motor vehicle record
- Ability to converse in Spanish is a plus
- Credentials such as Certified Landscape Professional or Certified Spray Tech are a plus
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to work under extreme and often adverse climatic conditions
