Arizona landscape contractors were honored at "The Thirty Fifth Annual Arizona Excellence in Landscaping Awards" program sponsored by The Arizona Landscape Contractors´ Association (ALCA). DLC was honored to receive an award for Stetson Valley Owners Association, Anthem Country Club Community Association, Continental Ranch Community Association and Scottsdale Ranch Community Association. These awards are judged by our peers in the green industry and are based on the highest standards of achievement, harmony with the environment and creativity.

Since 1989, DLC Resources, Inc. has provided expert landscape management services to community associations in Phoenix. As an independent contractor specializing in landscape, irrigation water and arbor management, DLC has had offices in Phoenix since the beginning of the company and added an additional office in Tucson in 2009.

Our Focus
DLC's focus is landscape management of master-planned communities. That is all we do. As a result, our Superintendents only oversee 1 to 3 properties and are able to provide significant customer service. We are not putting out fires all the time. We manage your landscape asset.

Efficiency
Efficient use of resources is critical in keeping DLC's level of customer service and responsiveness at the high level our clients require. An important aspect of this concept is keeping up-to-date, state-of-the-art equipment.

Experience
DLC is licensed as an A-General Engineering Contractor with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and holds a business license with Arizona Structural Pest Control Commission for Weeds, Turf, and Ornamental Pest Control. In Nevada, we are licensed as a A-General Engineering Contractor and licensed as a C-10 Landscape Contractor. We have Certified Arborists on staff to handle any tree-related questions that may arise. Several of our foremen are ALCA Certified Landscape Professionals and many of our employees are spray applicators who are certified with the Arizona Office of Pest Management. We have a licensed Primary Applicant with the Nevada Department of Agriculture.
