Landscape Maintenance Practices Award

The mission of the American Society of Landscape Architects is to lead, to educate and to participate in the careful stewardship, wise planning and artful design of our cultural and natural environments. DLC was recognized by the Arizona Chapter of the ASLA for sustainable landscape maintenance practices at Anthem Community Association and Verrado Community Association. We are proud to receive this award and proud to be associated with the ASLA.

DLC Resources, Inc. is an Arizona Corporation specializing in commercial landscape management of master-planned communities. The company began operations in 1989 with seventeen employees. DLC currently employs three hundred team members.

Our Focus
DLC's focus is landscape management of master-planned communities throughout the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Expertise and resources and best practices are concentrated on landscape maintenance and related services.

Efficiency
Efficient use of resources is critical in keeping DLC's level of service and responsiveness at the high level our clients require. An important aspect of this concept is keeping up-to-date, state-of-the-art equipment.

Experience
DLC is licensed as an A-General Engineering Contractor with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and holds a business license with Arizona Structural Pest Control Commission for Weeds, Turf, and Ornamental Pest Control. We have Certified Arborists on staff to handle any tree-related questions that may arise. Several of our foremen are ALCA Certified Landscape Professionals and many of our employees are spray applicators who are certified with the Arizona Structural Pest Control Commission.

A professional approach to our clients needs has been established and shall remain our primary focus as we continue to grow and be a leader in the landscape maintenance industry in Arizona.
