Ranked 51st out of 150 Largest Landscape Firms Nationwide

The list, published in Lawn & Landscape´s June issue, highlights the 150 largest companies in the fast-growing landscape industry based on 2009 year-end revenue. Companies on the list provide a range of green industry services including landscape maintenance, chemical lawn care/fertilization, landscape design/build/installation, irrigation installation/maintenance and tree and ornamental care.

DLC moved up to 51st on the list up from 64th for one simple reason. We are focused. Large HOA communities require more than just landscape maintenance; they need proactive water management, meaningful communication and significant customer service. That is what we do.

DLC Resources, Inc. specializes in commercial landscape management of master-planned communities. The company began operations in Phoenix, AZ in 1989. DLC is currently expanding operations in Tucson, AZ and Las Vegas, NV.

Our Focus
DLC's focus is landscape management of master-planned communities. That is all we do. As a result, our Superintendents only oversee 1 to 3 properties and are able to provide significant customer service. We are not putting out fires all the time. We manage your landscape asset.

Efficiency
Efficient use of resources is critical in keeping DLC's level of customer service and responsiveness at the high level our clients require. An important aspect of this concept is keeping up-to-date, state-of-the-art equipment.

Experience
DLC is licensed as an A-General Engineering Contractor with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and holds a business license with Arizona Structural Pest Control Commission for Weeds, Turf, and Ornamental Pest Control. In Nevada, we are licensed as a A-General Engineering Contractor and licensed as a C-10 Landscape Contractor. We have Certified Arborists on staff to handle any tree-related questions that may arise. Several of our foremen are ALCA Certified Landscape Professionals and many of our employees are spray applicators who are certified with the Arizona Office of Pest Management. We have a licensed Primary Applicant with the Nevada Department of Agriculture.

A professional approach to our clients needs has been established and shall remain our primary focus as we continue to grow and be a leader in the landscape maintenance industry.
