Jeffrey Penney (CEO) Jeff is CEO and Co-Founder of DLC Resources. He has been a Certified Landscape Professional since 1994 and licensed with the Structural Pest Control Commission since 1990. Prior to DLC Resources, Jeff was Vice President of a commercial landscape contracting firm for 13 years with operations in Denver, Dallas and Phoenix. He has had formal course work ranging from irrigation/landscape design to business management. Born in 1956 in Denver, Jeff is married with three daughters. |

John Holbert (Vice President) John is Vice President with DLC Resources after joining the company in August 2001. Prior to joining the team, he was the owner of a design/build residential landscaping company for seven years specializing in custom landscape/hardscape construction. He is an ISA Certified Arborist. He holds a B.S. in Spanish from Northern Arizona University and a M.I.M from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). Born in Tucson in 1967, John is married with 2 children. |

Luis Ochoa (Vice President) Luis is Vice President with DLC Resources after joining the company in January 1991. He has been certified with SPCC since 1992 and a certified Landscape Professional since 2000. Before becoming Vice President, he was involved in all aspects of landscape management from labor to spray technician to purchasing. Born in Mexico City in 1972, he is married with 3 children. |
